OmniCard maintains the highest safety standards and prioritizes the safety of our user's money and data. OmniCard holds a PPI license from the Reserve Bank of India. OmniCard is not linked with any bank or similar entity and OmniCard also does not share data with any third party.

OmniCard provides an omnichannel payment experience to its users. OmniCard acts as a shield between your bank account and all sensitive details and all your everyday payments. You don’t need to disclose your bank account details directly on any platform. OmniCard provides multiple payment options to ensure you don't expose your primary bank account anywhere.

You can simply swipe your OmniCard for offline purchases or Tap to pay for contactless payments.

Yes, you can use your OmniCard at any ATM to withdraw cash.

You can order your Physical Card in easy steps -

  1. Go to the ‘Cards’ section & click the ‘Order your Physical Card’ quick action button
  2. Choose your card design
  3. Enter the delivery address
  4. Place the Order for your OmniCard

You can track your physical OmniCard from the 'Cards' section in the APP or via regular updates on your registered mobile number and Email.

Once you place the card order, it will be delivered to you in 7 days.

After receiving your physical OmniCard, Click on the Activate Card button in 'Cards' section and scan the QR code on the back of the card. Your physical card will be activated instantly.

You need to set the PIN to authorise QR and Swipe & Pay payments.

The Physical card is priced at ₹249 including delivery fee.

OmniCard has no hidden charges, minimum balance fee, renewal charges, annual charges, maintenance charges or joining fee.

We suggest that you use the name as per your Aadhar card for self-cards, however for any associated cards you may use any name as per your convenience. For cards for a minor, we also suggest using the name as mentioned on the Aadhar card

OmniCard offers National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) services on its physical prepaid cards. It is an inter-operable transport card conceived by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India. The card allows users to pay for their transit journeys across metros stations all over India.

Currently, we have waived the annual fee on this card. Hence as of now, there are no annual charges.

Yes, Minimum KYC should be completed on your OmniCard to purchase the Transit Card.

Transit Card has a top-up limit of Rs. 2000 for both cash as well as online recharge.

Please Deactivate the Card from OmniCard APP immediately.

If the card is lost or stolen, you should report the loss/theft to OmniCard Customer Care. After verification, Card will be blocked.

Liabilities (due to lost/stolen card), in case of offline balance available on the card, will lie with the user, OmniCard will not be responsible for any refunds.

Please reach out to OmniCard customer care. We will assist you in blocking the card and will refund the applicable amount after verification.

  1. Go to the Paytm Booth and Purchase your OmniCard
  2. The User will Download the OmniCard App
  3. Enter your Mobile Number and Get Started
  4. Select “I have my physical OmniCard” in “Activate Card”
  5. Scan the QR Code at the back of OmniCard
  6. Enter ID Number for Verification
  7. Now your card is Activated and you'll reach the Dashboard
  8. Now the Operator will Activate your Card for Transit Services (Creation of Service Area Request)
  9. Now Add Money to Your Omnicard using Cash or OmniCard App
  10. Load funds in your Transit Card through OmniCard at the Counter
  11. That’s it! Your Card is now ready to be used.

Here are 2 ways you get an OmniCard for Transit Services -

  1. Download the App to Order your Physical Card and Enable Transit Services on your Card
  2. Purchase OmniCard from the Paytm Booth or Metro Counter at the Station

You can recharge your OmniCard via the below modes -

Cash –

Pay cash at the Metro Counter/ Paytm Booth and the Operator will help recharge your OmniCard.

Online –

  1. Add Money to your OmniCard using your App
  2. Go the Metro Counter/ Paytm Booth
  3. Now the Operator at the Metro Counter will help you Transfer Funds From your OmniCard Wallet to Transit Balance
  4. Your Recharge process is now Complete

Service Area Creation is basically the Activation Process for your Transit Balance. The Service Area Creation step is done by the Operators at the Metro Counter/Paytm Booth.

You can order the Keychain through the OmniCard APP.

OmniCard Keychain is the newest premium way to pay for quick and contactless payments. OmniCard has launched its Keychain in collaboration with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI)

To make a payment, you simply have to tap your Keychain at any POS machine. To control your Keychain, you can manage the settings via the OmniCard APP.

Yes, OmniCard Keychain is completely safe. OmniCard is built with unmatched security standards to ensure complete safety and protection of its user’s money and data.

You can pay upto INR 5000 without entering the PIN and for payments above INR 5000, please enter PIN after tapping the Keychain.

You can set or change the PIN by going to the 'Cards' section and selecting the Keychain.

You can add money to the keychain through your OmniCard using the OmniCard APP.

You can temporarily deactivate your Keychain till you find it from the 'Cards' section of the APP. In case you have lost or damaged your Keychain you must permanently block it immediately from the 'Cards' section.

Your complete remaining balance will automatically be transferred back to your primary OmniCard only.

We request you to call OmniCard support for the same.

OmniCard is completely secure and protects your money and data with robust and reliable security standards.

OmniCard is licensed by the Reserve Bank of India and certifies by NPCI to issue RuPay cards in India

No, OmniCard does not share any data with any third party entities

You can temporarily deactivate your OmniCard till you find it from the 'Cards' section of the APP. In case you have lost or damaged your card, you must permanently block the card immediately from the 'Cards' section.

You can permanently block your card from the 'Cards' section, a new replacement card will be created for you immediately with the balance transferred.

Yes, you can permanently block your OmniCard from the 'Cards' section. In case of your primary card, a new replacement card will be created immediately with the balance transferred. In case of your secondary OmniCard, you can either transfer to your Primary card or create a new card.

Yes, you can temporarily deactivate your OmniCard for as long as needed from the 'Cards' section in the APP. You can activate it anytime.

Yes, to enhance safety and control spending you can set transaction limits from the 'Cards' section. For Non-KYC users, the maximum transaction limit is Rs. 10,000 and for Full-KYC it is Rs. 1,00,000

OMNIs are In-APP reward currency that you can use to unlock amazing offers from your favourite brands.

You can earn OMNIs on every payment you make.

The service charge for every transaction is Rs 25 + GST.

There is no daily limit on the number of times you can use OmniCard at ATM.

You can withdraw minimum Rs.100 and maximum Rs.2000 at once.

Yes, only users with complete KYC can withdraw cash

Users under 18 can withdraw cash if the guardian's KYC is complete.

Be cautious of unsolicited emails, messages, or calls asking for your personal or financial information. OmniCard or its employees will never request sensitive details through any channels.

If you accidentally paid to the wrong person, consider taking the following steps:

  • Recover money sent to the wrong UPI address by contacting the receiver promptly, using their UPI ID or phone number, and politely requesting a refund.
  • Follow RBI guidelines by reporting the wrong transaction to the customer care support of your UPI app, submitting relevant proof within 24 to 48 hours, and requesting a refund.
  • If dissatisfied with the UPI app's response, officially file a complaint on the NPCI portal by providing transaction details and attaching valid proof, stating the issue as "Incorrectly transferred to wrong UPI address.

ONDC Network e-Gift Cards, powered by RuPay, are available in a digital format. These are linked to an employees’ phone number.

The Gift Card delivery process is very quick, after receiving the Payments., Digital Gift Card can be issued on same day and Physical Gift Card will take 5-7 days to deliver.

Yes, OMNI can provide redemption reports to employers for corporate purchases.

Individual Transaction data cannot be shared but Redemption data can be shared for different analysis.

Digital Card can be retried anytime by entering mobile number & OTP [ https://giftcard.omnicard.in/ ]

Physical card can be blocked and new card can be issued based on Request received from Registered Mobile number & Email ID. The remaining balance should be transfer to new card.

There are no additional fees for digital cards. A fee applies per physical card only.

Yes, employers can select an amount between INR 500 and INR 10,000 for each card.
